Sabrina Smith

Sabrina is a native of Hendersonville, NC and has been in the upstate for the last 25 years. She received her MBA from Anderson University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Banking and Finance from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She is currently a SC licensed Property Manager and has a BOMI certification for Property Management Financial Proficiency (PMFP).

Before joining Legacy Property Services, she was a Bank Officer for Carolina First, managing consumer lending delinquency to below 1% on a multi-million-dollar portfolio across four states. She also created an employee training program and review standards used for the Consumer Collections Department.

Since 2010, Sabrina has provided bookkeeping and payroll services for various clients in real estate, medical, retail, design, recruiting, and property development.

Sabrina oversees the accounting functions for Legacy Property Services and provides customized reporting to meet the needs of its clients. Through comprehensive accounting analysis, she prepares our clients for smooth tax preparation. Additionally, she maintains the accounting and financial directives for McCoy Wright, Inc.

Sabrina has three children attending Clemson and one still at home. In her spare time, she enjoys running with friends and has completed 5 Marine Corp Marathons.
