Kristina Farmer
Director of Operations
Kristina was born and raised in Anderson, SC joining the firm in 2021 as head of operations. She held previous roles in the financial industry most notably with TD Bank and First Citizens Bank.
Kristina has an excellent background in customer service and uses these skills to help further drive McCoy Wright. Her oversight includes management and maintenance of company specific key performance indicators, details on all client and development agreements, listings, contracts, leases, critical dates and closing statements. Additionally, she crafts and deploys marketing and community involvement programs for McCoy Wright as well as exposing client properties and projects to a variety of local and national CRE digital platforms. Her direction also includes the branding and marketing package development for client properties.
She is well known in the western upstate market and has a great sense of community dynamics as they relate to our industry and company goals.
Kristina resides with her husband, Blake, in Townville, SC on Lake Hartwell. There they enjoy spending time on the water and with their dog, Brody.
