David Beck

Born and raised in Anderson, SC, David has deep roots in the Upstate. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management (PRTM), where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships.

David began his journey with McCoy Wright as an intern in 2024, gaining valuable exposure to Commercial Real Estate and solidifying his interest in the industry. Growing up with a love for the outdoors, David enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing—activities that taught him patience, perseverance, and focus, qualities he now brings to his career in Commercial Real Estate with McCoy Wright.

He looks forward to applying his energy and dedication to serving clients and building his career in the Upstate community.
