Originally from Anderson, SC, Garrison grew up at the T Ed Garrison farmstead. Garrison graduated from Clemson University in December of 2021 with a degree in Agri-Business and a minor in Business Management and Economics. While at Clemson, Garrison was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and explored different opportunities, interning with both the South Carolina Department of Agriculture and NAI Earle Furman Commercial Real Estate.
After joining McCoy Wright in February of 2022, Garrison quickly became engaged in the commercial real estate industry, handling a variety of transactions across the Western Upstate of South Carolina. Since then, Garrison has built his name and reputation in the industry as a hardworking, determined broker, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and retail properties. Garrison participated in the 2023 Upstate Alliance Investors Round Table and was a recipient of the 2023Q1 Costar Power Broker Award. He is a licensed real estate professional in South Carolina and a member of ICSC.
Garrison currently resides in Anderson, SC. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, traveling, and working on his family farm.
